Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the sale of the online course “Harness Engineering — Claude Code Mastery” (hereinafter “the Course”) published by Thomas Poulain Consulting.

2. Seller

3. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions of sale between Thomas Poulain Consulting (the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) wishing to purchase the Course.

4. Acceptance

Any order entails full acceptance of these Terms, which the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted prior to validating their payment.

5. Products and services

The Seller offers: Course — online access to the 17 course modules, code examples, and lifetime updates.

6. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; orders are billed at the rates in effect at the time of payment validation.

7. Payment terms

Payment is made in a single installment by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. The Seller has no access to the Customer's banking information. The order is validated upon effective receipt of payment.

8. Access terms

Access to the Course is delivered immediately after payment confirmation. A secure cookie is placed on the Customer's browser, and a confirmation email containing an access recovery link (valid 30 days) is sent to the address provided at checkout. If the Customer changes browser or device, a new recovery link can be requested on the /en/recover page.

9. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

Exception — digital content: pursuant to article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after the Customer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By validating their order, the Customer expressly requests immediate access to the Course and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal as soon as this access is granted. For any question regarding this right, the Customer may contact the Seller at contact@harness-engineering.fr.

10. Intellectual property

All Course content (text, videos, code examples, materials) is the exclusive property of Thomas Poulain Consulting. The Customer has a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, distribution or resale, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

The Seller undertakes to provide the Course in accordance with the description on the website. Technical examples and recommendations are provided as guidance; the Customer remains solely responsible for their use in their own projects. The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect consequences arising from the application of the teachings.

12. Personal data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

14. Mediation and disputes

In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact the Seller's customer service to seek an amicable solution.

Pursuant to articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Applicable law

These Terms are subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
